100% voting communities are essential to increasing our power to make change and strengthen democracy. Join this virtual training to learn techniques to help achieve 100% voting in your congregation or Jewish community, meaning everyone in who is eligible to vote does vote before or on election day. This training will discuss how to engage in repeated relational outreach, how to effectively use lists to plan and track your work, and it will feature case studies to illustrate how these best practices play out in Reform Jewish communities.
This is one in a series of virtual trainings focused on tactics for implementing your Jewish community’s civic engagement strategy as part of the Reform Movement’s 2020 Civic Engagement Campaign. To realize our goal of building a more just and compassionate world, the 2020 Civic Engagement Campaign will empower and encourage all U.S. citizens to exercise their right to vote. This campaign will also ensure that Reform Jewish values – including the right to vote – are present in the public square during this urgent time in our nation’s history.
